Program Name: Bullygraphics Awards


The purpose of the Bullygraphics Awards is to reward webmasters and web mistresses for their creativity concerning design and content. The talents these people show must be rewarded in order to: encourage and motivate them to grow and become real artists in all aspects; establish a safe surf environment for our children; and to make the world wide web a more interesting and colourful place for all.
