First on the list of people to thank is the original creator and manager of this Award Program Mr. Cliff Ewing. It was Cliff's tireless work & effort that made this AP what it is today. When the program became too much for Cliff due to time and health constraints, Cliff had the wisdom to pass the site on to Ian Conklin and OTR Web Systems . Many of the graphics on this website were designed and created by Cliff Ewing in the UK. In January 2007, Ian Conklin passed the reins to one of his long-term VSDA Evaluators, Erin Whalen. Jo Phillips and Lupricio Mundim will stay on as Evaluators. VSDA will re-open for new applications on 1 March 2007.

The Flash on the home page and the complete remake of the website to take it out of the frames environment was completed in its entirety by our good friend Igor Marinkovic of Ignis Fatuus and OTR Web Systems. In Jan/Feb 2007 the website will undergo another upgrade to convert the coding to XHTML 1.0 Transitional and to update the content to reflect the new ownership.
